How it works?
- Oat King is rich in dietary fiber. This fiber contains Soluble and Insoluble Fibers. One component of the Soluble Fiber found in oats is Beta-Glucans, a Soluble Fiber which has proven effective in lowering Total Cholesterol and LDL-Cholesterol (Bad Cholesterol) without having any effect on HDL-Cholesterol (Good Cholesterol).
- Beta-Glucans also helps in preventing the hardening of the artery in our internal organs such as lung, liver, kidney, and the heart. A daily serving of Oat King which is rich in Beta-Glucans can reduce Hypertension, or High Blood Pressure, and so reduce the need for anti-hypertensive medication.
- Besides this, the oat Beta-Glucans slows the rise in blood glucose levels. Control of blood glucose and insulin levels is essential in preventing many of the complications associated with Diabetes. The Insoluble Fiber in Oat King does not dissolve in water. It is spongy and absorbs many times its own weight of liquid. It makes stools heavier and speeds their passage through the gut, relieving Constipation.

- Direction for use : Preparation of drinking oat king is easy, all you need to do is put one or two tablespoon of oat king into a glass of warm water and stir.
